Bradley Webb is a Partner at DCI Associates. Additionally, Bradley works with financial services firms looking to upgrade their executive workforce, whether in sales and marketing, corporate governance or compliance.

He is instrumental in the identification and retention of individuals possessing unique attributes and combinations of experiences fitting particular needs. Clients, ranging from pre-IPO to Fortune 1000, engage Bradley to assist in strengthening governance, whether replacing a retiring director, adding a member with a specific skill set, or building a board.

Bradley's executive recruitment career began as Director of Board Services for Christian and Timbers. His intimate understanding of investors and the importance of achieving independence in thought is the product of his experience in key roles with the Investor Responsibility Research Center ('IRRC') and Institutional Shareholder Services ('ISS'). His financial services experience includes positions with Yamaichi Capital Management in New York, Legg Mason and Wheat First in Washington, D.C. and J.P. Morgan's Euroclear Operations Center in Brussels, Belgium.

A graduate of the University of Virginia with a degree in Economics, Bradley holds an MBA from the College of William and Mary. A current member of the International Corporate Governance Network, Bradley formerly served on the Board of Directors for the New York City UVA Alumni Association.
